We provide professional legal services in the areas of Bankruptcy, Personal Injury, and Family Law.

Home foreclosures and debt harassment can be overwhelming and emotional. It’s important in stressful situations like these that you have the guidance of an experienced bankruptcy lawyer. Keeping up with the complexities of bankruptcy laws is a full-time occupation. One that requires knowledge, experience and due diligence.

Personal Injury

When you experience an injury, medical bills add up, you have to take time off of work, and you’re left with what might be permanent physical or mental damage. You need an attorney that will help you get your life back on track. We provide professional legal services in everything from workplace harassment to medical malpractice.

Family Law

The attorneys of the Law Office of Janet J. Goldman are your fiercest advocate and powerful support team through the divorce process. Our lawyers have the experience, energy, and empathy to help our clients with contested and uncontested divorces, gray divorces, mediation, alimony, child support, pre-nuptial agreements, and adoptions.

About Goldman Law

The attorneys and staff at Goldman Law provide expert and compassionate legal services to clients throughout Rhode Island. Since 1991, Janet Goldman has developed relationships with financial and insurance companies, other attorneys and the Rhode Island legal systems that make her an effective advocate for her clients seeking help with bankruptcy and debt problems; divorces and legal issues related to families; and personal injuries.

Goldman Law understands the struggles that families go through when facing a debt crisis, especially with the challenges we’re all facing today.  employment issues, health issues and family issues can take away a family’s income, and make it hard to keep up with everyday expenses and eventually threaten the family home. We work with banks and financial institutions to help you keep your home and stop creditors from attaching your bank account or paycheck.

Sometimes the burdens we face, even without the virus, can be too much for a family to sustain. When a family faces the difficult decision to make a change, Goldman Law provides a caring and compassionate environment to support our clients. At the same time, our vigorous legal expertise makes sure our clients rights and interests are protected through the whole legal process.

The same compassion and legal expertise that is the hallmark of our bankruptcy and family law practice goes into our personal injury services. We provide forceful advocacy for our clients who have been injured in an accident, who have been mistreated by the medical profession, or who have been injured or abused in their workplace.

Goldman Law. Since 1991, protecting your rights, caring about your future.
